MTZCK Vault Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to premium subscriptions offered in the MTZCK Vault mobile application by MTZCK LTD.
These terms should be read together with the MTZCK Vault Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
By purchasing a subscription for MTZCK Vault, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. About the subscription
MTZCK Vault may offer premium features through a paid subscription.
The subscription gives you access to premium functionality available in the app during the active subscription period.
The exact features included in the premium plan are shown inside the app at the time of purchase.
2. Subscription plans
Subscriptions may be offered on a:
• monthly basis
• annual basis
The available subscription plans, pricing, and billing frequency will be displayed clearly in the app before you complete your purchase.
3. Payment processing
All subscription payments are processed exclusively by:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process subscription payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.
Your purchase is also subject to the terms, billing rules, and payment policies of Apple or Google, depending on the platform you use.
4. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorise the relevant app store platform to charge the subscription fee automatically at each renewal date using the payment method linked to your Apple or Google account.
Automatic renewal continues until you cancel the subscription.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings:
• for Apple users, through your Apple ID subscription settings
• for Android users, through your Google Play subscription settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting the app or stopping use of the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
6. Subscription access after cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
After that period ends, premium access will stop unless the subscription is renewed.
7. Price disclosure
The subscription price is shown in the app before purchase.
Prices may vary depending on:
• your country or region
• platform pricing rules
• taxes or VAT where applicable
• promotional offers or local currency conversion
The price charged will be the price displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.
8. Changes to pricing
MTZCK LTD may change subscription pricing in the future.
Any pricing changes will be handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store rules and applicable law.
Where required, users will be notified by the relevant platform before a price change takes effect.
9. Free trials and promotional offers
MTZCK Vault may offer free trials or promotional subscription offers from time to time.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the details will be shown clearly in the app before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated, once a free trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and renew automatically unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Eligibility for free trials or promotional offers may be limited by platform rules, region, or account status.
10. Restoring subscriptions
If you have already purchased a subscription and it is not showing correctly in the app, you may use the restore purchases function if available.
Subscription status may also be verified through the relevant app store account.
The app uses RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, which helps confirm whether your premium subscription is active.
11. Failed payments and billing issues
If a renewal payment fails, your app store provider may retry billing according to its own policies.
If payment cannot be completed, premium access may be suspended or end when the current paid period expires.
Any billing disputes, failed payment issues, or payment method updates must be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
12. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own refund policies and procedures.
MTZCK LTD cannot issue subscription refunds directly and cannot override refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

13. No lifetime or permanent access
A subscription gives access to premium features only for the active subscription period.
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee permanent, lifetime, or uninterrupted access to any premium feature, service, or subscription benefit.
Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.
14. Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to premium features if you breach the MTZCK Vault Terms & Conditions or misuse the app.
Where this happens because of a violation of our legal terms or misuse of the service, access may be removed without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
