MTZCK Vault Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and purchase-related issues are handled for MTZCK Vault premium subscriptions and digital purchases.

MTZCK Vault is published by MTZCK LTD and is available through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Because all payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to:
• premium subscriptions
• one-time digital purchases
• in-app purchases
made through MTZCK Vault on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Payment processing

All payments for MTZCK Vault are processed by:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.

As a result, MTZCK LTD cannot independently approve, issue, or force refunds for purchases made through these platforms.

3. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform used for the purchase.

Apple App Store

If you purchased your subscription or digital content through Apple App Store, any refund request must be made through your Apple account and handled according to Apple’s refund procedures and policies.

Google Play Store

If you purchased your subscription or digital content through Google Play Store, any refund request must be made through your Google Play account and handled according to Google’s refund procedures and policies.

Refund approval, rejection, timing, and eligibility are determined solely by Apple or Google.

4. No direct refunds from MTZCK LTD

MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We also cannot override refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact the relevant store provider directly.

5. Subscription cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

If you cancel a subscription:
• cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle
• you will usually keep premium access until the end of the current paid subscription period
• deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as receiving a refund.

6. One-time purchases and digital content

MTZCK Vault may offer one-time digital purchases or paid premium unlocks.

These are digital products delivered through the app environment after payment confirmation by the relevant platform.

Because the content is digital and delivered electronically, refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google under their own platform rules and applicable consumer law.

7. Access issues and purchase restoration

If you completed a purchase but premium access is not available in the app, please first try the restore purchases feature if available.

We may assist with verifying entitlement status and app-side access issues, but we cannot process refunds directly.

8. Accidental purchases and unauthorised transactions

If you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorised, you should contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store as soon as possible through the account used for the purchase.

You may also contact us for support if access needs to be reviewed or if you need help identifying the relevant app purchase details.

9. Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith after receiving access to premium features, MTZCK LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to premium services to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

Nothing in this policy limits a user’s right to raise a genuine payment dispute with the payment platform or card provider where appropriate.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law gives you rights in relation to faulty digital content or unauthorised transactions, those rights continue to apply.

Maximum official response time: 30 business days

Please do not send multiple requests for the same issue before the official response period has passed, as this may delay handling.
