These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MTZCK Nothing mobile application for iOS and Android and any related services provided by MTZCK LTD.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

MTZCK Nothing is a minimalistic entertainment app designed purely for fun and satire.
The app openly states that it does not provide practical utility, productivity tools, financial benefits, professional services, or real-world rewards.
Users may choose to purchase cosmetic digital status items within the app. These items are for entertainment purposes only and are intended as humorous commentary on digital status and vanity purchases.
3. Cosmetic Digital Items Only
This app sells cosmetic digital status items that provide no functional utility.
Any status level, badge, gemstone, interface theme, coolness percentage, crown icon, or similar visual element available in the app is purely cosmetic.
These items do not:
• unlock practical features
• provide access to real-world goods or services
• create financial value
• create ownership rights outside the app
• provide monetary return
• provide professional, social, or legal status outside the app
All purchases are for digital entertainment only.
4. Eligibility
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over.
By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are using the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
5. No Accounts and Limited Local Storage
The app does not require users to create an account.

6. In-App Purchases
MTZCK Nothing may offer optional one-time in-app purchases for cosmetic digital status levels.
These purchases are:

No subscriptions are used.
Payments are processed exclusively by:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card details.
The app may use RevenueCat to manage purchase validation, entitlement status, and purchase restoration.
7. Status Levels and Upgrades
The app may offer multiple status levels, including but not limited to:
• Starter Status
• Rising Status
• Elite Status
• Premium Status
• Ultimate Status
Each status level may display cosmetic features such as:
• animated gemstones
• interface color themes
• digital crown badges
• humorous coolness percentages
• satirical status messages
Where the app offers upgrade pricing, users may be able to unlock a higher level by paying only the price difference between the current level and the next level, as displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
All pricing and upgrade options are subject to the app store listing and in-app purchase configuration shown at the time of purchase.
8. Entertainment and Satire
MTZCK Nothing is designed as entertainment and satire.
All messages, rankings, coolness percentages, crowns, premium labels, and visual status indicators are fictional, humorous, and not intended to be taken as statements of fact.
The app does not make any claim that a user becomes genuinely superior, cooler, more respected, more successful, or otherwise advantaged in real life by making a purchase.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the app for any unlawful purpose
• interfere with the operation of the app
• attempt to bypass payment mechanisms
• attempt to unlock paid cosmetic items without authorisation
• misuse restore purchase functions
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where permitted by law
• interfere with app security, app store purchase systems, or related services
• use automated scripts, bots, or technical means to manipulate app functionality or purchase flows
10. Intellectual Property
The app, including its name, concept, software, design, animations, graphics, visual effects, user interface, text, themes, and branding, is owned by MTZCK LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, licence, publish, or exploit any part of the app except where expressly permitted by law or by written permission from MTZCK LTD.
11. Restore Purchases
The app may provide a Restore Purchases function.
This function is intended to allow users who reinstall the app or change devices to restore previously purchased non-consumable cosmetic items, subject to the rules and availability of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat systems.
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of purchase restoration where affected by third-party platform limitations, app store account issues, or technical failures outside our control.
12. No Real-World Value
Digital status items purchased in the app have no cash value, resale value, exchange value, or transferable ownership outside the app environment.
Users do not acquire any property interest in the app, its visuals, or its cosmetic status items beyond the limited right to access them inside the app while the app and relevant platform remain available.
13. No Warranty
The app is provided on an as is and as available basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTZCK LTD does not guarantee that:
• the app will always be available
• the app will be uninterrupted
• the app will be error-free
• the app will always display cosmetic items exactly as expected
• purchase restoration will always be successful
• any digital cosmetic item will remain permanently available in unchanged form
14. Disclaimer
All purchases in MTZCK Nothing are purely cosmetic digital status items and provide no functional utility.
The app is designed for entertainment and satire only.
MTZCK LTD makes no representation that any purchase in the app provides practical benefit, measurable advantage, or real-world value.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTZCK LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, disappointment, or inconvenience arising from:
• the user’s decision to purchase cosmetic digital items
• the user’s interpretation of satirical content
• app unavailability
• purchase restoration issues caused by third-party platforms
• app store billing issues
• technical interruptions or bugs
• modification, suspension, or discontinuation of cosmetic features
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own policies.
MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds and cannot override refund decisions made by those platforms.

• upgrade paths
• visual effects
• app design
• supported devices
• purchase restoration systems
We do not guarantee that any feature, digital item, or visual effect will remain permanently available.
19. Suspension or Termination
MTZCK LTD may suspend or terminate access to the app, or restrict access to digital cosmetic items, if:
• you breach these Terms
• you misuse the app
• you engage in fraud, abuse, unauthorised purchase activity, or technical interference
• continued access would create legal, platform, security, or operational risk
This section does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
