This Refund Policy explains how refunds and purchase-related issues are handled for MTZCK Nothing.
MTZCK Nothing is published by MTZCK LTD and is available through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
Because all purchases in the app are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all one-time in-app purchases made in MTZCK Nothing through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
The app currently offers one-time purchases only and does not offer recurring subscriptions.
2. Payment processing
All payments for MTZCK Nothing are processed by the relevant app store platform.
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.
As a result, MTZCK LTD cannot independently approve, issue, or force refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Refund requests
If you want to request a refund, you must submit your request directly through the platform used for the purchase.
Apple App Store
If you purchased through Apple App Store, your refund request must be made through your Apple account and will be handled according to Apple’s refund procedures and policies.
Google Play Store
If you purchased through Google Play Store, your refund request must be made through your Google Play account and will be handled according to Google’s refund procedures and policies.
Refund eligibility, timing, and approval are determined solely by Apple or Google.
4. No direct refunds from MTZCK LTD
MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We also cannot override, accelerate, or influence refund decisions made by those platforms.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact the relevant platform directly.
5. Cosmetic digital goods only
All purchases in MTZCK Nothing are for cosmetic digital status items only.
These purchases may include digital status levels, themed visual elements, crown badges, animated gemstones, humorous coolness percentages, and other cosmetic content.
This app sells cosmetic digital status items that provide no functional utility.
Because these products are digital and delivered electronically within the app environment, refund handling is subject to the rules and policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, together with any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Upgrade purchases
The app may allow users to upgrade from one status level to a higher level by paying only the displayed price difference.
If you purchase an upgrade, that transaction is also processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is subject to the same refund rules described in this policy.
MTZCK LTD cannot separately refund part of an upgrade purchase outside the relevant app store process.
7. Access issues and restore purchases
If you completed a purchase but your purchased status level or cosmetic content does not appear correctly in the app, you should first try the Restore Purchases function if available.

We may assist with entitlement verification and app-side access issues, but we cannot process refunds directly.
8. Accidental or unauthorised purchases
If you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorised, you should contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store as soon as possible through the account used for the purchase.
You may also contact us if you need support identifying the relevant purchase or confirming whether content was unlocked.
9. Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
If a user attempts to abuse the purchase system, restore functions, or payment dispute process after receiving access to purchased content, MTZCK LTD reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to purchased digital items to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
Nothing in this policy limits a user’s right to raise a genuine payment dispute where appropriate.
10. No guarantee of refund approval
Submitting a refund request to Apple App Store or Google Play Store does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Refund decisions are made solely by the relevant platform according to its own policies, review process, and applicable law.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local law gives you rights in relation to faulty digital content, unauthorised transactions, or platform billing issues, those rights continue to apply.
