MTZCK Nothing is designed as a minimal entertainment app. The app does not require user accounts and does not collect or store personal user data for its core functionality.

This Privacy Policy applies to the MTZCK Nothing mobile application and related support communications.

3. Information we do not collect directly
MTZCK Nothing does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect personal information for normal app use.
The app does not request or collect the following for its core functionality:

The app also does not use advertising services and does not perform behavioural tracking for advertising purposes.
4. Information stored locally on your device
The app may store limited app-related data locally on your device in order to function properly. This may include:

This information is stored locally on the device and is used only for app functionality and display.
5. In-app purchases and third-party purchase services
MTZCK Nothing may offer optional one-time in-app purchases for cosmetic digital status items.
Payments are processed exclusively through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store full payment card information.
The app may also use RevenueCat to support purchase validation, entitlement management, and purchase restoration. In connection with these functions, third-party services such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related or technical information, such as:
• purchase receipts
• transaction status
• entitlement status
• app user identifiers used for restoration and validation
• device-related identifiers where required for purchase restoration
These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
6. No analytics and no advertising
Based on the information provided for MTZCK Nothing, the app currently does not use:
• analytics tools
• behavioural tracking
• advertising SDKs
• user profiling systems
The app contains no advertisements.
7. Data security
MTZCK Nothing is designed to avoid collecting sensitive personal data.
Any limited app data stored locally on the device is protected by the normal security framework of the user’s mobile operating system.
All purchases are securely handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems.
However, no device or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device and app store account credentials.
8. Data retention
Because the app does not maintain user accounts and does not centrally store app usage data on MTZCK servers, MTZCK generally does not retain personal app data for ordinary app use.
Locally stored app data may remain on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user, removed through device settings, or deleted when the app is uninstalled, depending on the operating system and device configuration.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records.
9. Children’s privacy
MTZCK Nothing is intended for users aged 13 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information through support communication, we will review and delete it where appropriate.
Because the app does not require accounts and does not centrally collect personal user data for normal app use, MTZCK generally does not have direct access to child user data through the app itself.
10. International users
MTZCK LTD is based in the United Kingdom.
If you make purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or if RevenueCat is used for purchase management, limited information may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area according to the policies of those providers.
