These In-App Purchase Terms apply to purchases made within the MTZCK Nothing mobile application published by MTZCK LTD.
These terms should be read together with the MTZCK Nothing Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other legal notices published for the app.
By making a purchase in the app, you agree to these In-App Purchase Terms.
1. About in-app purchases
MTZCK Nothing is free to download.
The app may offer optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock cosmetic digital status items.
These digital items are purely visual and for entertainment purposes only.
This app sells cosmetic digital status items that provide no functional utility.
2. Cosmetic status items
The app may offer status levels such as:
• Starter Status
• Rising Status
• Elite Status
• Premium Status
• Ultimate Status
Each status level may include cosmetic elements such as:
• animated digital gemstones
• themed interface colors
• crown badges
• humorous coolness percentages
• satirical status messages
These items do not provide practical functionality, real-world benefits, financial value, or access to external goods or services.
3. One-time purchase model
All purchases in MTZCK Nothing are:
• one-time purchases
• non-consumable digital products
• cosmetic only
The app does not currently use recurring subscriptions.
If recurring purchases are ever introduced in the future, they will be clearly disclosed before purchase and governed by separate terms where required.
4. Payment processing
All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.
All billing, payment authorisation, taxes, and transaction handling are managed by the relevant app store platform under its own rules and policies.
5. Pricing and purchase confirmation
The exact price of each digital status level is shown in the app and through the relevant app store purchase flow before payment is confirmed.
Prices may vary depending on platform, local taxes, currency conversion, and regional pricing rules.
A purchase is considered completed only when the relevant app store platform confirms the transaction.
6. Upgrade purchases
The app may allow users to upgrade from one purchased status level to a higher status level by paying only the price difference between levels.
For example, if a user already owns a lower status level, the app may offer the next level at a reduced upgrade price based on the amount already paid.
Upgrade pricing, if available, will be shown clearly in the app at the time of purchase.
MTZCK LTD reserves the right to change, remove, or adjust upgrade paths and upgrade pricing in future versions of the app.
7. Unlocking and access
Once payment is successfully confirmed, the corresponding cosmetic digital status item should be unlocked within the app.
Purchased items are intended to remain associated with the relevant app store account, subject to platform rules, technical limitations, and the continued availability of the app.
The app may provide a Restore Purchases function to help users recover previously purchased non-consumable items after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
8. RevenueCat
The app may use RevenueCat to support:
• purchase validation
• entitlement management
• restore purchases
• status level recognition across supported app environments
RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related and technical information necessary to verify whether a valid purchase has been made and whether access should be restored.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple App Store or Google Play Store as the payment processor.
9. No physical goods and no real-world value
All in-app purchases in MTZCK Nothing are digital only.
No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
Purchased status items:
• have no cash value
• have no resale value
• have no exchange value
• are not transferable outside the app unless platform rules specifically allow restoration to the same user account
• do not create any ownership rights outside the app
These items are cosmetic digital content intended solely for in-app entertainment.
10. No functional utility
Purchased status items do not unlock practical services, useful tools, premium productivity functions, financial benefits, or real-world status.
They are purely decorative and satirical.
By purchasing a digital status item, you acknowledge that you are purchasing cosmetic entertainment content only.
11. No guarantee of permanent availability
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee permanent, lifetime, or unchanged availability of any purchased cosmetic item, animation, badge, theme, or visual effect.
The app and its content may be updated, redesigned, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for legal, technical, platform, security, or operational reasons.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds and cannot override refund decisions made by those platforms.

13. Unauthorised purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorisation, you should contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly through the account used for the transaction.
You may also contact us if you need support regarding entitlement status, purchase recognition, or restore purchase issues.
14. Restrictions on misuse
You must not:
• attempt to bypass payment mechanisms
• unlock cosmetic items through unauthorised methods
• manipulate purchase systems
• abuse restore purchase functions
• use fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive conduct after receiving access to purchased content
• interfere with app store billing flows or entitlement systems
If misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected, MTZCK LTD reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to purchased items to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
15. Third-party platform dependency
The availability of in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and digital content access depends in part on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.
MTZCK LTD is not responsible for outages, billing failures, account restrictions, or technical limitations caused by those third-party providers.
16. Governing law
These In-App Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.
