This End User License Agreement governs your download, installation, access to, and use of the MTZCK Nothing mobile application for iOS and Android published by MTZCK LTD.
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this EULA.
If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Scope of License
MTZCK LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use MTZCK Nothing on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and strictly in accordance with this EULA.
This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights to you.
3. Licensed Application
The app is licensed, not sold.
Your right to use the app is subject to:
• this EULA
• the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the app
• applicable law
The app may include cosmetic digital status items, interface themes, visual badges, animations, and humorous status indicators. These are licensed for in-app use only and do not create ownership rights outside the app.
4. Cosmetic Content Only
This app sells cosmetic digital status items that provide no functional utility.
Any digital status level, gemstone, crown badge, coolness percentage, interface theme, or related content available in the app is purely visual and for entertainment purposes only.
These items do not provide practical services, real-world benefits, monetary value, or rights outside the app environment.
5. Restrictions
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the app
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or otherwise interfere with the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law
• bypass, disable, or tamper with security or purchase mechanisms
• use the app in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar methods to manipulate the app or its purchase systems
6. Device and Platform Requirements
The app may only be used on devices and operating systems supported by the relevant platform and by the current version of the app.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible and that you maintain access to the platform account used to download or purchase content in the app.
7. In-App Purchases
The app may offer optional one-time in-app purchases for cosmetic digital status items.
All such purchases are:
• non-consumable
• cosmetic only
• processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card details.
Use of purchased content remains subject to this EULA, the relevant app store rules, and the continued availability of the app.
8. Ownership
The app, including all software, code, structure, design, text, animations, graphics, themes, visual effects, names, trademarks, logos, and digital cosmetic items, is owned by MTZCK LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this EULA, all rights are reserved.
9. Updates and Changes
MTZCK LTD may release updates, patches, bug fixes, new versions, redesigns, or modifications to the app at any time.
You acknowledge that:
• updates may change the appearance or operation of the app
• cosmetic items may be redesigned, renamed, restricted, or removed
• compatibility with older devices or systems may change over time
We are not obligated to provide any particular update or to continue supporting any specific version of the app.
10. Purchase Restoration
The app may include a Restore Purchases function to help restore previously purchased non-consumable cosmetic content.
Purchase restoration depends on:
• the relevant Apple or Google account
• app store purchase records
• RevenueCat entitlement systems where used
• technical compatibility and platform availability
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee that restore functionality will always be uninterrupted or successful in every case.
11. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated.
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.
Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies of it in your possession or control.
MTZCK LTD may also suspend or terminate access to the app or digital cosmetic items where necessary for legal, security, operational, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
12. No Warranty
The app is provided on an as is and as available basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTZCK LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee that:
• the app will always be available
• the app will be error-free
• the app will be uninterrupted
• purchased cosmetic content will always remain available in unchanged form
• restore purchases will always work without interruption
• the app will meet your expectations or personal preferences
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTZCK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of enjoyment, loss of data, loss of access, loss of opportunity, or disappointment arising out of or related to the use of the app.
MTZCK LTD shall also not be liable for:
• third-party platform outages
• purchase failures caused by app store systems
• restore purchase issues outside our reasonable control
• removal or redesign of cosmetic content
• dissatisfaction with the satirical or cosmetic nature of the app
Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Third-Party Platforms
If you downloaded the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that those platforms are not parties to this EULA except as may be required under their platform rules.
Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
MTZCK LTD is solely responsible for the licensed application and the content of this EULA, subject to applicable platform requirements.
15. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the MTZCK Nothing Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what limited information may be stored locally on your device and how purchase-related information may be handled by third-party purchase services.
16. Export and Legal Compliance
You agree not to use or export the app in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or export control rules.
You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the app.
17. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, In-App Purchase Terms, Refund Policy, and Digital Goods Disclaimer, forms the full agreement between you and MTZCK LTD regarding the app.
