These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MTZCK Countdown mobile application for iOS and Android and any related services provided by MTZCK LTD.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. About the App
MTZCK Countdown is a mobile application that provides users with a statistical estimate of life expectancy based on information entered by the user, including:
• date of birth
• sex
• country of residence
• lifestyle factors such as smoking, exercise, and alcohol consumption
The app uses general statistical life expectancy data and user inputs to generate an estimate.
The app is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. No Medical Purpose
MTZCK Countdown is not a medical application.
The app does not provide:
• medical advice
• health advice
• diagnosis
• treatment recommendations
• professional healthcare services
• guaranteed or exact predictions of lifespan
Any result generated by the app is only a statistical estimate based on general data and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or personal decision-making.
You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Eligibility
The app is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or that you are using the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
5. User Input and Local Data Storage
To generate an estimate, the app may ask you to enter certain information, such as:
• date of birth
• sex
• country
• smoking status
• exercise level
• alcohol consumption
This information is used only to generate the estimate within the app.
User input data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to MTZCK servers.
MTZCK does not store this personal input data on its own servers and does not maintain a central database of user health or lifestyle data for this app.
6. In-App Purchases
MTZCK Countdown is free to install.
Certain features or results may require a one-time in-app purchase, such as unlocking the full countdown result.
All payments are processed exclusively through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card details.
Purchase-related entitlement verification may be handled through RevenueCat and the relevant app store platform.

7. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own policies.
MTZCK does not issue direct refunds and cannot override platform refund decisions.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the app for any unlawful purpose
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law
• misuse the app in a way that could damage the company, its services, or other users
• attempt to bypass purchase restrictions or unlock paid content without authorisation
• use automated tools, scripts, or other methods to manipulate the app or its outputs
9. Intellectual Property
The app, including its name, design, software, branding, graphics, text, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by MTZCK LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, licence, or exploit any part of the app unless expressly permitted in writing by MTZCK LTD.

MTZCK Countdown provides statistical estimates based on publicly available life expectancy data and lifestyle inputs.
The results generated by this application are not medical advice, health predictions, or guarantees of lifespan.
This application is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The company makes no promise that:
• any estimate will be accurate
• any estimate will reflect an individual’s actual life expectancy
• the app will be suitable for any medical, personal, emotional, or professional purpose
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTZCK LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, distress, or consequences arising from:
• reliance on app results
• decisions made based on app estimates
• emotional or psychological reactions to the results
• inaccuracies or limitations in statistical data
• interruptions, bugs, or technical issues affecting the app
• unauthorised access to the user’s device
The app is provided for informational and entertainment use only.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. No Warranty
The app is provided on an as is and as available basis.
MTZCK LTD does not guarantee that:
• the app will always be available
• the app will be error-free
• the app will be uninterrupted
• the app results will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose

The app may rely on third-party platforms and services, including:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• RevenueCat
These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
MTZCK is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.
14. Termination or Suspension
MTZCK LTD may suspend or terminate access to the app, or restrict access to purchased features, if:
• you breach these Terms
• you misuse the app
• you attempt fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access
• continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk
Termination or restriction under this section does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of the app is also governed by the MTZCK Countdown Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, what is stored locally on your device, and how limited third-party purchase-related data may be handled.
