This Refund Policy explains how refunds and purchase-related issues are handled for MTZCK Countdown.
MTZCK Countdown is published by MTZCK LTD and is available through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
Because all purchases in the app are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all one-time in-app purchases made in MTZCK Countdown through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
The app currently offers one-time purchases only and does not offer recurring subscriptions.
2. Payment processing
All payments for MTZCK Countdown are processed by the relevant app store platform.
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.
As a result, MTZCK LTD cannot independently approve, issue, or force refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Refund requests
If you want to request a refund, you must submit your request directly through the platform used for the purchase.
Apple App Store
If you purchased through Apple App Store, your refund request must be made through your Apple account and will be handled according to Apple’s refund procedures and policies.
Google Play Store
If you purchased through Google Play Store, your refund request must be made through your Google Play account and will be handled according to Google’s refund procedures and policies.
Refund eligibility, timing, and approval are determined solely by Apple or Google.
4. No direct refunds from MTZCK LTD
MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We also cannot override, accelerate, or influence refund decisions made by those platforms.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact the relevant platform directly.
5. One-time digital purchases
MTZCK Countdown currently offers one-time digital purchases to unlock app content or features.
These purchases are delivered digitally within the app after confirmation by the relevant platform.
Because the product is digital and delivered electronically, refund handling is subject to the rules and policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, together with any applicable consumer rights under local law.
6. Access issues and restore purchases
If you completed a purchase but the unlocked content or feature does not appear in the app, you should first try the restore purchases function if available.

We may help verify entitlement status and app-side access issues, but we cannot process refunds directly.
7. Accidental or unauthorised purchases
If you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorised, you should contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store as soon as possible through the account used for the purchase.
You may also contact us for support if you need help identifying the relevant purchase or checking whether the app content was unlocked.
8. Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
If a user attempts to abuse the purchase system, restore functions, or payment dispute process after receiving access to paid content, MTZCK LTD reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to purchased features to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
Nothing in this policy limits a user’s right to raise a genuine payment dispute where appropriate.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local law gives you rights in relation to faulty digital content, unauthorised transactions, or platform billing issues, those rights continue to apply.
