These In-App Purchase Terms apply to purchases made within the MTZCK Countdown mobile application published by MTZCK LTD.
These terms should be read together with the MTZCK Countdown Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, App Disclaimer, and Refund Policy.
By making a purchase in the app, you agree to these In-App Purchase Terms.
1. About in-app purchases
MTZCK Countdown is free to download.
Certain features, content, or results may require a one-time in-app purchase in order to unlock full access.
An example of such a purchase may include:

The exact name, feature description, and purchase price will be displayed clearly in the app before you confirm payment.
2. One-time purchase model
MTZCK Countdown currently offers one-time purchases only.
There are no recurring subscriptions for this app unless clearly stated otherwise in a future app update.
If this changes in the future, separate terms and disclosures will be provided before any recurring purchase is offered.
3. Payment processing
All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment card details.
All billing, payment authorisation, taxes, and transaction processing are handled by the relevant app store platform according to its own terms and policies.
4. Purchase confirmation
Before completing a purchase, the app store platform will display the applicable price and request confirmation through your Apple or Google account.
A purchase is considered completed when the relevant app store confirms the transaction.
5. Unlocking paid content
Once payment is successfully confirmed, the purchased feature or content should be unlocked within the app.
If a purchased feature does not unlock correctly, you may try restoring purchases if that option is available in the app.

We may assist with entitlement verification and app-side access issues, but we do not control the payment platform itself.
6. RevenueCat
The app uses RevenueCat to help verify and manage purchase entitlements.
RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related and technical information necessary to confirm whether a one-time purchase has been made and whether premium access should be restored on the relevant platform.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple App Store or Google Play Store as the payment processor.
7. No physical goods
All purchases made in MTZCK Countdown are digital only.
No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
8. No guarantee of personal outcome
An in-app purchase unlocks access to digital features or results within the app.
It does not guarantee:
• the accuracy of the estimate
• any medical or scientific certainty
• any specific personal outcome
• permanent or lifetime access beyond the continued availability of the app and the relevant purchased functionality
The app remains subject to updates, changes, legal requirements, technical limitations, and platform availability.
9. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
MTZCK LTD does not issue direct refunds and cannot override refund decisions made by the relevant store platform.

10. Unauthorised purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorisation, you should contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly through the account used for the transaction.
You may also contact us if you need support regarding entitlement status or app functionality after a purchase.
11. Restrictions on misuse
You must not:
• attempt to bypass payment mechanisms
• unlock paid content through unauthorised methods
• manipulate purchase systems
• abuse restore purchase functions
• submit fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving access to paid features
If misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected, MTZCK LTD reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to paid features to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
12. Availability and future changes
MTZCK LTD may change, replace, remove, or discontinue in-app purchase options, pricing, features, or app functionality at any time.
If this happens, it will not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, but we do not guarantee that any specific paid feature will remain unchanged or permanently available.
13. Governing law
These In-App Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.
